I remember when Gordana and I started in 2016 with nothing but Google Sheet "checklists."

She would have to copy and paste email templates in a Gmail account to email clients, and follow long, dull checklists in order to complete tasks.

God only knows why she stayed during that chaotic period of time!

Then we jumped into WHMCS and pre-created over 200 client emails to improve communication speed and precision.

Now we have finally discovered and fully begun leveraging a series of online tools to automate mundane tasks while plotting better pathways to work delivery and Agency scalability.
