CLIENT: Total numbers of clients we currently have.
CLIENT SATISFACTION: The percentage of happy clients we have, based on who filled out our recent survey.
ACTIVE: Client's account is in good standing in terms of billing.
1ST BOUNCED PAYMENT: Client's recent payment method failed during their scheduled billing date.
2ND PAYMENT FAILED: Client's recent payment method failed a second time after their scheduled billing date.
NONPAYMENT: Client is either unable or unwilling to pay their fee, and services have stopped until payment is made.
?-COPYWRITER: Client has a question for their Copywriter.
?-CLIENT ADVOCATE: Client has a question for their Client Advocate.
?-PERFORMANCE: Client has a question for their Targetologist.
UNHAPPY: Client is currently unhappy with one or more aspects of our services.
HAPPY: Client is currently happy with one or more aspects of our services.
COVID-PAUSE: Client wishes to pause their services and billing either due to COVID-19, or some other internal or external factor.

NEW LEADS: Number of people that have filled out a form to take a look at the proposal our system generated for them, within the specified time period.

NEW LEADS HEAT MAP: The total number of leads we have gotten each day the graph indicates, within the specified time period.

AD IMPRESSIONS: Total number of people who have seen our Facebook Ads, within the specified time period .
CLICKED AD: Total number of people who clicked our ads, within the specified time period.

UNFILTERED LEADS: Total number of people who filled out our form in order to have us generate a custom proposal for their business, within the specified time period.

NEW CLIENT: Total number of clients who have signed up for Facebook Ads that have not yet begun being developed.
DEVELOPMENT: Total number of Clients that have their first Facebook Ads in development (they are being created).
POSTED/SCHEDULED: Total number of ads that have been posted to Facebook Ad Platform, and awaiting approval.
APPROVAL PENDING: Total number Clients we have sent Facebook Ad mock-ups and Landing Pages to for their approval or feedback.
ADS RUNNING (THE GOAL): Total number of Clients that have Facebook ads actively running to their target market.
Client Ad Performance
DIMENSION: Category that lists all Clients with active Facebook ads* within the specified time period.
CTR: The percentage of people who clicked our Client's ad, out of 100 people who saw it, within the specified time period.
THE GOAL: The higher the CTR the BETTER.
